This page explains what personal information SBI Salon collects, why we collect it and what we do with it. We keep it short because we collect very little.
Who we are

What we collect
When you send us a request through this website. The website has a request form and a gift card form. Both work the same way: the fields you fill in are assembled into a message and opened in WhatsApp on your own device. You choose whether to send it. Nothing is stored on this website and nothing is sent anywhere until you press send in WhatsApp.
When you contact us directly. If you call, text or message us on WhatsApp, we see your phone number and whatever you tell us.
When you book an appointment. Bookings are handled by Fresha, an external booking platform. The information you enter there — name, phone, email, services, appointment history — is collected and stored by Fresha under their own privacy policy. We access it through our Fresha account.
In the salon. We may note your service history, colour formulas, preferences and any allergies or sensitivities you tell us about, so that your next visit goes well.
What we do not collect
This website sets no cookies of its own, runs no analytics, and has no advertising or tracking pixels. We do not build profiles, we do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
Why we use it
To confirm, prepare for and carry out your appointment; to reach you if something changes; to answer your questions; and to keep a record of what was done so the result is consistent next time.
Third parties involved
Fresha — online booking, appointment records and reminders.
WhatsApp (Meta) — messages you choose to send us.
Google Maps — the map on our contact section is embedded from Google. Loading it means Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies. If you would rather avoid that, use the address above in your own map app.
Google Fonts — the site's typefaces are served by Google, which means Google receives your IP address when the page loads.
Each of these companies processes data under its own privacy policy. We do not control what they do with it.
How long we keep it
Appointment records stay in our Fresha account for as long as you remain a client, so we can see what was done before. Messages stay in our phone's WhatsApp history. If you ask us to delete your information, we will, unless we are required to keep something for tax or legal reasons.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us on WhatsApp or call — the owners handle these requests personally. If you want your Fresha account removed, we can delete it from our side and you can also contact Fresha directly.
Children
We do a great deal of work with children, but a parent or guardian books the appointment and provides the contact details. We do not knowingly collect information directly from a child.
Security
The website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Client records live inside our Fresha account, which is protected by a password known only to the owners. We keep no separate database on this website.
Changes
If we start using a new tool that changes any of the above — analytics, an online payment page, a chat widget — we will update this page and change the date below.
