The website
This website is operated by SBI Salon (Sarkisov Beauty Industry), 49 County Road 520, 2nd floor, suite 203, Morganville, Englishtown, NJ 07726. By using it you accept the terms on this page. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
Information on the site
We keep the service descriptions, prices and hours as accurate as we can, but they may change. Prices shown with the word from are starting prices: the final price depends on hair length, density and condition, and on the state of your nails. We always confirm the exact price with you before the work starts — never after.
Photographs in the portfolio and in the before-and-after section are of our own clients and show work done in our salon. They illustrate what is possible; they are not a promise of an identical result, because every head of hair and every nail plate behaves differently.
Booking
Appointments are made through Fresha, an external booking platform, or by phone and WhatsApp. When you book through Fresha you also accept Fresha's own terms. A time slot is confirmed only once you receive a confirmation from Fresha or from us.
The request form and the gift card form on this website are not bookings and not purchases. They open a prepared message in WhatsApp on your device; sending it starts a conversation, and the appointment or the card is confirmed by us afterwards.
Gift cards
A gift card request made on this site is a request, not a payment. We contact you to confirm the amount and arrange payment. Gift cards can be used for any service on the menu. They cannot be exchanged for cash.
Content
The text, photographs, video and design of this website belong to the salon and may not be copied or reused for commercial purposes without written permission.
Links to other sites
This site links to Fresha, WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok and Google Maps. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
Limits
We do our best to keep this website accurate and available, but we do not promise that it will be free of errors or available without interruption. Nothing on this website is medical or dermatological advice. If you have a scalp, skin or nail condition, speak to a doctor.
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under New Jersey or federal consumer law.
Guarantee
Our service guarantee is genuine and stands: if a result is wrong because of us, we correct it at our own cost. The details are on the Salon Policy page.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States.
